Becky Craven

Becky Craven is an AFFA approved Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Certified, and Rebok Spin certified. She earned a Bachelor of the Science degree from Winthrop University where she majored in Finance. Having played collegiate volleyball, Becky has maintained the need and want to stay active and continues to teach others the necessity of physical activity throughout their lives. Becky has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is also very active in the community and is a member of the Junior League of Columbia, Kiwanis, and Discovery Board for Edventure.

Renee Holler

Renee Holler began her fitness career with The Firm in 1994. While at The Firm she participated in several of the videos, was featured in the book “Firm for Life”, and earned her personal training certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She has also earned her certification as a spin instructor through Cycle Reebok and continues to maintain her certification for Adult CPR. She earned a B.A. degree from Wofford College where she was a double major in Economics and Religion. Married for 27 years with three children, she not only teaches for Jamie Scott Fitness, she also works at the Holler Law Firm. Her plans for the future are to pursue not only her nutrition certification but also a ropes certification. So much of how we feel and look is not only due to exercising on a regular basis, but a result of the food and drink we put into our bodies. Educating myself about nutrition and new innovative approaches to health and fitness will hopefully accomplish what our mission statement here at JSF is…to not only encourage but empower our clients to achieve a lifetime of wellness.

Kara Glenn

Kara Glenn is the Director of JSF Outdoors, a Personal Trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor. She is an AFPA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant and has certifications in Spin and TRX Suspension Training. She earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree from The University of South Carolina. After nine years in Sales and Marketing, Kara followed her passion for fitness, becoming a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has been with Jamie Scott Fitness since 2009.

Kelly Hoppmann

Kelly is an AFPA certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, certified Cycle Reebok instructor and a qualified TRX instructor. She is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Health and Wellness has always been a passion of Kelly's. Growing up, she was a dancer for 16 years then went to college where she continued to take on new challenges in the fitness arena. Kelly ran races of all kinds including marathons, triathlons and Ultimate Challenge Mud Runs. During that time she decided to pursue a different avenue and became a fitness instructor in 2005. Kelly says she has really enjoyed helping others to achieve their fitness goals through hard work and motivation. She also is in the medical field as a pharmaceutical professional and sees first hand the benefits of exercise. This, along with Kelly's passion for fitness and working with others, drove her to become a certified personal trainer in 2010.

Robert Simmons

Robert's fitness history started with years of basketball and football. He is NCCPT (National Council of Certified Personal Trainers). After being an athlete for years, he decided to continue his pursue of wellness and joined the JSF team in 2011. Robert's classes will push you to your max potential with proper coaching and motivation.
With 33% upper body, 33% lower body and 33% core, Basic Training is sure to give you all you can handle in 45 minutes. The three rotating sections isolate muscle groups and give both beginners and experts a balanced, challenging workout. Basic Training is a great weight training class that does not involve plyometrics; there is heavy focus on correct form, posture and breathing. Props used: dumbbells, bosu trainer, gliding discs.
