Cole Fortson

Cole has lived in Columbia for the majority of his life and has always maintained an athletic background. He is currently in college at the University of South Carolina where he is working towards a degree in Hospitality. Shorty after becoming a client at Jamie Scott Fitness, Cole found himself falling in the love with the cycle program and overall atmosphere. It quickly became his goal to become a JSF cycle instructor. Cole is extremely passionate about fitness and motivating others to accomplish their fitness goals.
Combine weights and cycling in this unique, total body class. Begin with 20 minutes of weights, focusing on the upper body and core. Then, move into the Cycle Studio for 40 minutes of cardio that also serves as your leg workout. Truly, the best of both worlds. Props used: dumbbells, Bosu trainers, indoor cycles.
