Chrystal Burgess

Chrystal Burgess is a certified AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) personal trainer and a certified Cycle Reebok Foundation instructor. She began teaching group fitness in 1995 with The FIRM and was a cast member in several FIRM videos.
Chrystal has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and has been working in the communications field for over nineteen years.
Mother of four children, Chrystal knows the importance of finding time to take care of yourself. She loves sharing her passion for fitness with others and watching it transform not only your body, but your life!

Darby Graham

Darby Graham is a Personal Trainer (certified by the American Council on Exercise); she is also a Nutrition Specialist (certified by The American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists). Darby was raised in South Carolina, attending Irmo High school and later the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.

It is Darby’s passion for health and wellness, coupled with her desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, which led her to pursue a career as a personal trainer. She genuinely loves what she does.

T7 is like no other class at JSF. Using tabata-style concepts, T7 is comprised of a dynamic set of exercises that will work every muscle in your body while giving you a great cardio workout. The class beings with an athletic, outdoor warm-up then you’ll head back inside for seven rounds of conditioning, working for 40 seconds on with 20 seconds of a break. Try something new! Come experience T7!
