Elizabeth Graham

As a dancer for most of her life and high school athlete, Elizabeth has always enjoyed being active and working hard to reach her goals. She is now a student at the University of South Carolina and has earned her Personal Trainer Certification through ACE (American Counsel of Exercise).
 
Elizabeth's passion for health and fitness has driven her to pursue a career as a trainer and motivator. She wants to use that passion to help others challenge themselves and reach their goals. She felt that JSF was a place with that same goal in mind: to show people how strong they are and can be with a little perspiration and a lot of perseverance.
 
Her advice to clients? Work hard and never give up. Wake up everyday and do something you didn't know you could do. Accept the challenge in front of you and turn it into a victory. Do this until it becomes a habit, and you'll fall in love with the lifestyle!!

Nate King

Nate King grew up being involved in football, basketball and track. Nate has been working out for over 16 years doing weight training, cardiovascular exercise, cross training and circuit training. A graduate of the W.I.T.S. program at Midlands Technical College, Nate is a certified personal trainer. 
 
Nate is also a Registered Nurse. A graduate of South Carolina State, he currently works for the American Red Cross where he treats patients with rare autoimmune and blood disorders.
 
Nate's outgoing personality and passion for health and wellness make him a great motivator and instructor. 
 
 
 

Karis Loewen

Karis Loewen is a native of Columbia SC, certified in classical Pilates and Barre. She developed a passion for overall health and fitness from an early age. In highschool she competed in high level soccer and now her athletic passion has shifted to Pilates- extensively trained and certified in Greenville SC, she is well prepared and excited to now be teaching in Columbia. She truly loves helping people transform their lives and obtain the body they have always wanted through the tried and trusted method of classical Pilates and Barre.

Kate Nunn

Kate was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. Growing up her parents always made her take up a sport during each season of the year. She learned to love all the activities she tried including soccer, basketball, softball, swimming, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, volleyball, golf, and running. Kate is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and continues her career in promoting health and wellness.

When she decided to train for a half marathon, Kate found JSF after searching for a gym that would match her love for exercise and work with her busy schedule. Working out has never been so convenient, challenging, and fun!

She is a certified personal trainer through Action’s NCCA Accredited program. 

Kate’s favorite motivational quote is, “It’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up.” Whether it is one more rep, one more circuit, or one more work out, Kate will always push you to be the best you can be.

Libby Rosinski

Libby is a student at USC from Chicago, studying Exercise Science. She has done competitive cheerleading her whole life up until college. She has always had a passion for exercising and finding new ways to workout. Her love for health and wellness is what led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science.

When asked to give guidance to clients about health and wellness she stated, "Do it for yourself! No better motivation to treat your body right than the way it feels when you do so. And to always keep in mind that everyone has a different body, you should never compare yourself and your progress to any one else’s".
Libby decided to become an instructor at JSF because of her passion for fitness. She has always loved working out and loves the opportunity to share that passion with others.
Libby's words of wisdom for anyone taking her classes is, "always push yourself a little harder and give all your effort to whatever exercise you’re doing! Your body is capable of so much more than what you may think and it is so important to give all you can to your workout. You will never regret working harder!"

Afterburn is an innovative, circuit-style class that utilizes rowing machines. The class is based around your MyZone belt, pushing you to stay in the "Afterburn" zone. Moving through 7 different circuits, you will get a full-body workout that is guaranteed to give your day a boost!
