Elizabeth Graham

As a dancer for most of her life and high school athlete, Elizabeth has always enjoyed being active and working hard to reach her goals. She is now a student at the University of South Carolina and has earned her Personal Trainer Certification through ACE (American Counsel of Exercise).
Elizabeth's passion for health and fitness has driven her to pursue a career as a trainer and motivator. She wants to use that passion to help others challenge themselves and reach their goals. She felt that JSF was a place with that same goal in mind: to show people how strong they are and can be with a little perspiration and a lot of perseverance.
Her advice to clients? Work hard and never give up. Wake up everyday and do something you didn't know you could do. Accept the challenge in front of you and turn it into a victory. Do this until it becomes a habit, and you'll fall in love with the lifestyle!!

Chase Irons

Chase Irons was born and raised in Columbia, SC and has always been involved in fitness, as she began playing sports at the age of 6.
She played basketball and volleyball competively in high school and started running in college while attending The University of South Carolina. She has run The Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco, and eight half marathons locally since 2008. She believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness and a healthy diet.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their three rescue dogs, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Cole Fortson

Cole has lived in Columbia for the majority of his life and has always maintained an athletic background. He is currently in college at the University of South Carolina where he is working towards a degree in Hospitality. Shorty after becoming a client at Jamie Scott Fitness, Cole found himself falling in the love with the cycle program and overall atmosphere. It quickly became his goal to become a JSF cycle instructor. Cole is extremely passionate about fitness and motivating others to accomplish their fitness goals.

Lee Ann Bauer

Lee Ann has always had a passion for fitness. After playing basketball and running track in high school, she felt the desire to pursue her health and wellness after college. Lee Ann attended the University of South Carolina and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. After moving to Colorado after college, she realized how important it was to find what motivates her to continue her healthy lifestyle.
Upon her return to Columbia, she joined Jamie Scott Fitness and was instantly motivated by the high energy instructors and the realization that she was growing stronger. This drove her to follow her aspiration to become a JSF motivator. With a background in ballet, becoming a Barre instructor seemed a natural fit.
When Lee Ann is not teaching or at JSF, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. They enjoy time outdoors and being with family and friends.
Lee Ann encourages others to remember that your wellness is not limited to only going to the gym, it is also about how you fuel your body. Her advice to others is to try a variety of classes, some that may seem challenging, and you will be surprised at what you are capable of!

Nate King

Nate King grew up being involved in football, basketball and track. Nate has been working out for over 16 years doing weight training, cardiovascular exercise, cross training and circuit training. A graduate of the W.I.T.S. program at Midlands Technical College, Nate is a certified personal trainer. 
Nate is also a Registered Nurse. A graduate of South Carolina State, he currently works for the American Red Cross where he treats patients with rare autoimmune and blood disorders.
Nate's outgoing personality and passion for health and wellness make him a great motivator and instructor. 
Afterburn is an innovative, circuit-style class that utilizes rowing machines. The class is based around your MyZone belt, pushing you to stay in the "Afterburn" zone. Moving through 7 different circuits, you will get a full-body workout that is guaranteed to give your day a boost!
