HyperIce Recovery

HyperIce Recovery utilizes the HyperIce VYPER and the HYPERSPHERE.
The VYPER is a cutting edge fitness roller that utilizes high intensity vibration to improve the body's overall performance. The HYPERSPHERE delivers localized vibration therapy that increases range of motion, flexibility, and increases circulation.

Hyerpice Recovery combines HyperIce rolling focused on trigger point release with static stretches in order to recover tired and fatigued muscles. Clients should bring a mat.

**Clients with diabetic neuropathy, recent surgery and/or implanted medical devices such as pacemakers should consult with a physician prior to using the vibration technology over affected areas.**
