Darby Graham

Darby Graham is a Personal Trainer (certified by the American Council on Exercise); she is also a Nutrition Specialist (certified by The American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists). Darby was raised in South Carolina, attending Irmo High school and later the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.

It is Darby’s passion for health and wellness, coupled with her desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, which led her to pursue a career as a personal trainer. She genuinely loves what she does.

Kara Glenn

Kara Glenn is the Director of JSF Outdoors, a Personal Trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor. She is an AFPA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant and has certifications in Spin and TRX Suspension Training. She earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree from The University of South Carolina. After nine years in Sales and Marketing, Kara followed her passion for fitness, becoming a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has been with Jamie Scott Fitness since 2009.

Cara Olson

Cara olson became a fitness instructor 6 years ago, after years of participation in ballet and modern dance, as well as competive sports such as track & field and gymnastics.
A psychology major at the university of North Carolina Charlotte, Cara enjoys training individuals as well as subscribing corporate entities through Corporate Solutions. In 2009 she was certified by the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA). Her desire to motivate people by educating them to meet their individual fitness goals coupled with her willingness to explore a variety of training styles made the field of personal training a natural fit for her.
In 2012 Cara earned her Booty Barre® certification. Most recently Cara became certified in TRX suspension training and is currently looking forward to expanding her knowledge in the fitness and health field.


Jamie Scott is a lifelong fitness advocate with a community-focused approach to health and wellness. Certified by American Fitness Professionals as a Strength Trainer and Nutrition Wellness Consultant, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina along with a Masters in Education and Education Specialist Degree from South Carolina State University. He is also an award-winning athlete who played football for the University of South Carolina.

Jamie’s fitness advocacy first began as a nutritional counselor and head strength coach at Hammond School, one of the largest independent schools in the southeast. Working with students K-12, Jamie designed exercise and nutritional programs with his goal of instilling positive habits that would last a lifetime. While working at Hammond, Jamie was approached by east coast commercial real estate developer EDENS to create an in-house fitness and wellness program for its Washington, D.C. office, an initiative that helped launch Jamie Scott Fitness. With continuing education, cutting edge classes and constantly evolving programming, Jamie has turned Jamie Scott Fitness into the most progressive, inspirational and innovative boutique gyms in the region, featuring nutrition counseling, fitness classes, boot camps and personal training.

Maintaining his role as a student wellness coach along with his ongoing community outreach efforts, Jamie will soon expand and relocate his gym to the new Whole Foods anchored Cross Hill Market in Columbia, South Carolina. Through all of his efforts, Jamie is guided by his own personal philosophy that leading a life of wellness translates to a life well lived.

Aubrie Sauer

Aubrie Sauer is a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates Reformer Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor at Jamie Scott Fitness. She has been personal training since May of 2008. Graduating from North Central College of Naperville, IL with a bachelors in Sport Management and Marketing her passion involves all aspects of the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Aubrie also trains and competes in fitness competitions across the U.S. This being a passion she trains woman across the states in proper nutrition and training to achieve the goals they desire the healthy way.

Robert Simmons

Robert's fitness history started with years of basketball and football. He is NCCPT (National Council of Certified Personal Trainers). After being an athlete for years, he decided to continue his pursue of wellness and joined the JSF team in 2011. Robert's classes will push you to your max potential with proper coaching and motivation.
Combining cardiovascular work with strength training, xTREME is unlike any other class currently offered at JSF. Integrating weights, plyometrics, calisthenics and outdoor drills (weather permitting), you will never know what is coming next. Each class will be different in structure, but you can always count on getting an hour of calorie-blasting work.
