Amy is currently a professional graduate student earning a doctorate of pharmacy at the University of South Carolina’s College of Pharmacy. While she spends much of her time learning about medicinal therapies for sickness and disease states, she knows that exercise is the best drug to keep your mind and body healthy.
Thomas’ advice to clients regarding health and wellness? Staying active and working out regularly can really improve your overall quality of life, such as boosting the immune system, increasing energy levels, and can help reduce stress. So just do it!
Thomas says his classes are fun, but effective, so come ready to work hard!
Nicki believes proper form and balance are the keys to fitness. She emphasizes mixing it up with your workouts and to have a mind-body connection during exercise.
