JSF Cross Hill Story:

JSF Cross Hill began as Boardroom Health Solutions; a corporate wellness business in 2005. In the winter of 2012 BHS morphed into Jamie Scott Fitness located on Rosewood Drive. From our days on Rosewood we have since then moved to our current studio home located at 702 Cross Hill Rd Suite 300-B, in the Cross Hill Market.

We have developed over 25 original class types that you will only be able to find under the JSF brand. I have travelled to all the major fitness regions of the United States, and, over 10 countries to find the best fitness programming for our clients. I am very grateful to serve our community and will always be indebted to Hammond School and all of the support the community and administrators gave me to follow my dreams.
